1. What the site is

VendorVerify publishes information about research-peptide vendors: results from third-party lab reports, scores we calculate from those results, and reviews from buyers. The site is for information only. We don't sell peptides, we aren't a vendor, and we don't take orders or payments for any vendor.

2. Research use only, not medical advice

The products discussed on this site are sold by third parties for research purposes. Nothing here is medical, health, legal or safety advice, and nothing here should be used to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a qualified professional before making any health decision. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

3. How to read scores and lab results

• Scores are our opinion, calculated with the method described on the methodology page from the lab data we hold. They are not a certification, an endorsement or a guarantee of any product or batch.
• A lab result describes the sample that was tested. Other vials and batches from the same vendor may differ, and a vendor may have changed since the newest result on file.
• Lab reports come from independent labs, mostly commissioned by buyers. Reports a vendor paid for are marked as vendor-commissioned and count at half weight. We don't buy or test vials ourselves and can't guarantee every report is complete or accurate.
• Vendors can't pay to change their scores. If you think a result or a vendor detail is wrong, tell us and we'll look at it.

4. Accounts

You need an account to write a review. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

5. Rules for reviews

• One review per person per vendor.
• Reviews must be genuine and based on your own purchase from that vendor. To publish a review you verify a phone number and upload a receipt, which an admin checks.
• Don't upload a receipt that isn't yours or has been altered, and don't create extra accounts to post more reviews.
• If you work for, own or represent a vendor, you may not review that vendor. Vendor representative accounts are blocked from reviewing the vendor they represent.
• Don't post anything unlawful, abusive, or anyone's personal information, and don't use reviews to advertise.
• We may hold, decline or remove a review, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules or looks fake. Reviews only appear, and only count toward a score, once they are published.

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting a review you allow us to display it on the site, together with your display name and profile photo, for as long as it is published.

6. Acceptable use

Don't try to break or overload the site, get around its security or rate limits, access other people's accounts, or collect data from the site in a way that harms it or other users.

7. No warranty

The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the data accurate, but we make no promises that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that the site will always be available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make or losses you suffer based on information on this site.

8. Other websites

Links to vendor websites and lab reports are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
